When companies claiming back their mandatory grants for their training interventions as stated above, the following must be adhered to:
- Training needs to be included in the Workplace skills plan
- Training must be implemented
- The Actual training that took place must be included in the Annual Training Report with copies of invoices, proof of payment, attendance registers, attendance certificates etc
