CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Overview

The Conflict Management Programme has been developed with the diverse South African workforce in mind. With our different cultures conflict often occurs and leads to unnecessary disruptions.
·        Do you dread calls from angry colleagues?
·        Does your superior believe she’s/he’s always right?
·        Does your staff complain constantly?
·        Do your team mates refuse to take the initiative?
·        Do you want to know how to handle different opinions in compiling the WSP
·        Do you need help in managing staff expectations for training?
·        If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, you need to register for this module.
