Assessor Training

Overview:

The education and training of learners and the skills development of our nation depend greatly on the success of assessment and attainment of unit standards. The role and responsibilities of an assessor are critical to the achieving of this. In the impending future, the registration and implementation of skills programmes, learnerships and levy payments will rely on assessments by suitably qualified assessors.

Contents:
The new Assessor Unit Standards are used in this programme:

Unit Standard: 115753: Conduct outcomes-based assessment.
Unit Standard: 115755: Design and develop outcomes-based assessments.

The contents are presented in an easy to learn format to provide individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills that will enable them to Conduct outcomes-based assessment and Design and develop outcomes-based assessments. This training course will contribute towards the achievement of a variety of Education, Training, Development Practices and Human Resource Development related Qualifications.

After the program participants will be able to:
